Development of grammatical and lexicorgaphic codification in Muscovite Rus’
The lecture is devoted to the development of grammatical and lexicorgaphic codification in Muscovite Rus’ as well as to the translation and editorial activity of Maximus the Greek. The issue of the second South Slavonic influence traditions' fate is discussed. It is these traditions that Muscovite translators and proofreaders were guided by. The "hybrid" Church Slavonic is characterised by the examples of hagiographies and late chronicles.
